V Dandelion Green Salad

Tyler Florence; 15 minutes to table; serves 6.

1 large bunch dandelion greens, washed drained and trimmed
3 green onions, white and green parts, chopped
1 handful fresh dill
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
