Use as glazed over chicken, pork, or fish. Serves 4
1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoons mustard 2 Tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped 1/4 Tablespoon Rib Rub (or any premixed spice mixture with chilies, pepper, thyme, etc)
Blend honey, lime juice and mustard; add cilantro and rib rub. Serve at room temperature. |
