V Dairy-free Pesto

2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil -- you may need less if olives are packed in olive oil
1 garlic scape or 1/2 clove garlic
Puree all ingredients together in food processor, scraping the sides down a few times to get everything incorporated.
