Radishes with Goat Cheese Dip
From Rachael Ray. Ready in about 10 minutes
4 ounces goat cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons minced chives
2 teaspoons minced mint
1 1/2 teaspoons minced lemon zest
Radishes, preferably with greens - other veggies such as carrots, peppers and carrots if desired
In food processor, puree goat cheese and yogurt. Add chives, mint and lemon zest and pulse to combine. Season as desired with salt and pepper. Serve dip with whole radishes.
