V Farmer Jon’s Spicy (Or Not So Spicy) Mixed Greens
1 bowl (about 1/2 pound) braising mix, or combination of any farm greens
1 Tablespoon soy sauce or to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon. sesame oil
1 sweet onion, chopped
red pepper flakes or part of a chopped hot pepper (optional)
1 bell pepper, chopped
Oil for sauté (about 2 teaspoons)

In a wok or deep pan sauté onion, hot pepper and garlic briefly in oil. Add braising mix and cook until wilted.

Add pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix and cook 1 more minute. Serve immediately.
