V Two Maple-Mustard Vinaigrettes
Eating Well Magazine; each takes 5 minutes; just whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, or place in jar with tight fitting lid and shake
Maple-mustard vinaigrette:
1/2 cup walnut oil, or canola oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Maple-balsamic vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
