V Napa Cole Slaw

1 head Napa cabbage - halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
12 radishes - thinly sliced
25 or so sugar snap peas - strings removed and sliced - can use a few carrots, thinly sliced or grate them
Green onion - sliced
French tarragon – julienned (or cilantro or even parsley)
1/2 cup slivered almonds - toasted
Dressing:
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/3 - 1/2 cup canola oil (or other mild oil)
Whisk together the dressing ingredients and toss with the veggies, herbs and nuts.
